The breathtaking beauty and peaceful tranquility of the Michigan's' Upper Peninsula. is reflected through its sandy beaches, large rock formations, cascading waterfalls and scenic overlooks. Come enjoy the U.P.'s many pleasures while staying in one of our 14 rental units. We have 11 two bedroom cabins, 2 three bedroom cabins, and a 1600sq ft- two story chalet.

Each cabin comes has a color TV, bathroom w/shower, hot and cold running water, oil or gas  heat, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and automatic coffee maker. All pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils are furnished. We also have picnic tables for outdoor dining. A deposit of $150 per cabin week is required.

     The new, two story, 2 bath chalet has approximately 1600 square feet. It includes a living room, dining area, full sized kitchen, and huge deck. There is one queen sized bed, two doubles, two twin sized beds, and two sleeper sofas, providing sleeping for 8 or more. It also comes completely furnished and has a dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer (you provide the soap). The waterfront location and the extra large windows provide a relaxing view of the water. A deposit of $300 per chalet week is required. Only linens are provided, so please remember to bring your own towels and wash cloths while staying at Hills Point Resort.

     All rentals subject to Michigan use taxes. Cabins are reserved upon receipt of  the deposit per week; a partial refund will be given if cancellation is received prior to rental date. Damage to rented items is the responsibility of the renter, except reasonable wear resulting from normal use. Pets are allowed.
